The Erosion experience is like no other! Our unlimited group fitness classes are one hour long and are comprised of strength components, metabolic conditioning, and accessory work. Every exercise has a purpose and every movement is done with intent.
Group Fitness Class Schedule:
Monday-Friday: 5 AM / 6 AM / 8:30 AM / 12 PM / 4:30 PM / 5:30 PM
Saturdays: 9:30 AM
Barbell Free Class: Mon/Wed/Thurs at 6:30 PM
