At Erosion, we know that fitness is not a one size fits all. Each person experiences fitness in different ways and will come with a different goal in mind. Our trainers will asses your unique movement patterns, goals, fitness level, and likes or dislikes to create a plan specific to you. Finding a fitness program that is made for you increases results and keeps you accountable.
Some people find that starting with a few Personal Training sessions is a great tool to get comfortable in the gym setting and learn some of the fundamentals behind Erosion programming to prepare them for the class setting if that is the overall goal.
